Super friendly staff. Location is across from the Marina, but the views are mildly impeded by unmanicured gardens. Close to the Carnarvon Pub, which is handy. Rooms are probably the best you'll get for Carnarvon, though very dated. Plenty of parking. Restaurant is ok, what you'd expect for a small country town. Better than some other established hotels I've stayed in, in the last 12 months.

Great airport. Easy to get Avgas and Jet A1 if you are flying yourself up north. The Aerodrome operators are very helpful

Check out Coral Coast Helicopter Services. Genuinely friendly people and they do some great helicopter tour packages. I was surprised how affordable they were.

I cant speak higher of the staff at the canarvon airport ... my partner and i were stuck without a car and the girls bent over backwards to help us out .Such an amazing bunch of people, i cant thank them enough for their kindness. They have the biggest hearts and were so helpful. They even stayed longer than their shift to make sure we were ok and one staff member even offered to drive us to a motel for the night .Absolutely so grateful to the staff at canarvon airport. A BIG THANK YOU to each and everyone one of you xx
