Love Albany airport staff are exceptional

NICE REGIONAL AIRPORT WITH FAST CHECK-IN AND MODERN FACILITIESOK, so it's a very small airport but it functions well. Serviced by REX airlines.It is quite far from Albany town centre but you can ask the REX flight crew to order you a taxi while still in flight.It's the sort of airport you go to just before your flight.. not one where you dine, shop and relax.Friendly staff.

Great little airport. Plenty of seating and large windows onto the runway. Wish all airport were this good.

This is my home town airport which is serviced by Rex regional airlines. There are 3-4 flights a day to and from Perth, taking 50 minutes.

With the cafe closed, it's just a place to sit while you wait for the delayed flight.

No food here but plenty of parking and rental cars. Nice large viewing windows, good to take the kids to see planes up close. Needs a permanent barista and at least some snack and pinball machines.

Small and functional airport, when you use a really small airport, people makes the difference. I found a lot of kind and friendly people. Arriving and departing from here was a positive experience, I’ll surely spend some words on this airport in a future update of my book on traveling and flying

Yeah could do with a makeover it hasn't been upgraded for years. Not even a cafe! Instead they have an automated coffee machine? Lift your game team we are supposed to be a city on the move. Very marginal facility.

If your not driving to-from Perth this is the small airport that Rex service flights from a few times a day (50m-1hr). I swear it’s the only commercial airport in the country that has removed the need of security checks.Has an in-house Cafe which does nice food and drinks however they do still charge a premium so be prepared ($15 smashed avo or $10 for a quiche)Always taxis waiting out front once a flight lands otherwise there is both AVIS and Budget hire cars for you. The small team of local staff that keep this airport running are the friendliest workers you’ll meet at any airport.Always a pleasure.
